At the end of 2018, we conducted a comprehensive member survey to provide us with new insights and bench-marks for member service and satisfaction. Our goal was to discover what we’re doing right and where we can improve. Several areas came to light, including a name that can be embraced by all, greater access to our branches, as well as enhanced banking technology.
Now it’s our turn to work on creating an even brighter future, and several exciting changes are about to occur.

- Our new name, Campbell Federal Credit Union, was launched in August 2019
- Our new logo, designed around our rich heritage and diverse membership, was launched in August 2019.
- A new computer system was implemented on October 2nd, 2019.
- Enjoy greater convenience with a new stand-alone building at 494 Route 38 East, Maple Shade, NJ 08052, opened September 21, 2020.
